2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
RHUDE Clothing is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
Please note that buyers outside the United States and Canada are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by their respective countries. These charges vary depending on local laws and regulations and are not included in the shipping costs provided at checkout. 8. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If an address is entered incorrectly, your shipment may be delayed. We are not responsible for any delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team at support@rhude.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve any issues quickly.
If I return my order, will I be refunded the amount paid for Route insurance?
No, Route Insurance is a final sale add-on that can not be removed from an order once it is placed, or refunded if your order is returned.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order & made to order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped.
